The apps do most pf the things it should do, however there are 2 things I would like to see improved: First one is not very important, but I's like to have the long press editable for left and right separately instead of doing the same for each side, so I can use all 3 modes (ANC, AS, off) without opening the app. Second is much more annoying to me. The sound it plays when the battery is low is very loud and does not let me enjoy music anymore. Please let me edit volume, or at least turn it off.

These are unparalleled Bluetooth headphones, when it comes to sound. However, the Bluetooth connectivity and app is lagging. It frequently tells me that my (right) Bluetooth is disconnected, my wife's (left) Bluetooth. So, I have to unpair it, then pair it up again, but nxt time I use it, same process. It's aggravating more than anything.

PLEASE add an option for the vibration alert feature to be disabled when on a phone call (but enabled when not on a phone call). I love the LG Tone neckband headphones and have had several different models of them throughout the years. Unfortunately all the neckbands I have had that have the vibration alert feature has the vibrator on the same side as the microphone. My boss HATES how loud and annoying the vibration sound is when I am on the phone with him. He does not want clients to hear it.

LG should just be called Life's Mediocre to match what they make. Like the headphones, the app is extremely lackluster and leaves you at this in-between point between terrible and half okay. UPDATE: I downloaded again to see if LG cares about customers or improvement. LG is still terrible. Have their C2 TV, earbuds and such. I'd avoid if possible. Always disappointed.
