Lg TV Service Remote & Normal

A professional-grade service remote built for LG TV technicians, repair engineers, and advanced users who need access to the hidden service menus and diagnostic functions that the standard consumer remote cannot reach.

Service Remote — the core tool:

Using your phone's built-in IR blaster, this app replicates the official LG service remote with full NEC IR protocol accuracy. Access functions that are invisible to regular users:

• IN START / IN STOP — enter and exit the factory service menu
• ADJUST — open the white balance and picture adjustment menu
• PSM — Picture Setting Mode for calibration
• SSM — Sound Setting Mode tuning
• MPX — Multi-Program eXpander audio mode
• POWER ONLY — controlled power cycle without input switching
• AVI — aspect ratio / video format override
• Full navigation pad for moving through service menus
• Number pad for entering service codes and values
• MUTE, GUIDE, SOUND, EXIT — all standard service functions

Used by field technicians to: set white balance, fix picture geometry, reset panel settings, run aging mode, adjust factory defaults, diagnose hardware faults, and perform firmware-level tuning on LG LED, OLED, and NanoCell panels.

Normal Remote — included as a bonus:

Also includes a full consumer remote that connects over WiFi using the LG WebOS protocol. Automatically discovers your TV on the network, pairs once, and reconnects on every launch. Falls back to IR if WiFi is unavailable. Covers everything the standard magic remote does: D-pad navigation, volume and channel, number pad, media playback, color buttons, Netflix / Disney+ / Prime Video shortcuts, and more.

Requirements:
• Service Remote (IR mode): phone must have a built-in IR blaster
• Normal Remote (WiFi mode): LG WebOS TV (2014 or later), phone and TV on the same network
• IR codes are accurate NEC protocol codes for LG TVs — same signals sent by official LG service remotes
