I love that on Libby I want a book you can just search for it, and you'll find it, and you can get it in a bunch of different forms like ebook, kindle, audiobook and I love that you can put filters on all the books to find a genre you like or find only books that are available or only audiobooks

Skips multiple chapters and won't let you go back to them. Needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled to fix it every time it happens. The book download doesn't seem to have worked either. Really frustrating in the middle of a good book

Biggest problem was getting Libby registered on a new phone. I already have a login and a Library card for my local Library and when I downloaded the app on a new phone it didn't offer me a login page it assumed I was a non-member. Went to search for the local library by name NOTHING FOUND tried by Town Nothing found Tried by Postcode (UK) Nothing found. Eventually asked my wife who is a libraries expert she said to try (County name)Libraries and Information Center and suddenly it found i

Not user-friendly hard to use not all the settings are together the search function sucks. Overdrive worked 100 times better as a kobo user this has ruined checking out books for me as it takes ten times longer to find a book that transfers which is hard to find books with that option as well as you have to check them out download them and then transfer them after opening them on PC in Adobe it adds like ten steps. Totally not user-friendly.
