Libby, the Library App

★★★★★ You are able to read/listen to authors you wouldn't normally buy the whole book for!!

★★☆☆☆ Overdrive app was much easier to browse and use. Hard to find what I am looking for. No longer able to return early from app. Sorry that Overdrive was discontinued.

★★☆☆☆ This app is interrupted by other apps and crashes next to ask the time, hard to listen to audio with this app as said back with each restart after next crash, and next crash or crash after that or the next next.

★★☆☆☆ I am a librarian & avid audiobook reader & have used & loved Libby for years. Unfortunately, the new update has bugs & I can no longer adjust my audiobook speed. I contacted customer service at the end of August; they are aware of the problem but have no timeline to fix it. There is a workaround, but it is annoying and glitchy: go to your library app (not Libby) or website, log in, find the audiobook, click "access this item" & then listen through your browser. You can adjust the speed there.
