Last year, before moving to Texas into our dream home, I did my research on Home Warranty companies and found that Liberty Home Guard (LHG) was by far the best for my area. I've only had to submit a claim once, but I submitted the claim through the app, and the process was easy. An LHG contractor was provided that same day! I could go on the app and communicate which stage of the process I was in from when the contractor arrived, when they were complete, and so on. The LHG app was wonderful!

Worst place to get home a home warranty I paid 78 dollars for 2 years. Then my box for electric went out. Needed a new wone. They sent someone out. He said it was my stove. So they sent someone else out. He said it was my electric box. So meanwhile we are without any electricity or water for 4 weeks. So we finally called an electrician out and had to pay 2200 dollars Got 200 back from Liberty. Stay away from. Then. I'm

This company is a fraud and if you ever have to file a claim, they will make it very obvious.

Liberty Home Guard is a COMPLETE SCAM. It has been the WORST experience I've ever had. They do not cover anything but minor parts. They will NEVER actually replace an appliance that needs replacement. They will only offer you less than 2% of the purchase price. Customer has to pay for the entire replacement. Then they won't let you close your account without trying to charge you fees and penalties. Every interaction with this company is a money grab. Acct Managers are Crooks and Clowns!
