Generally the app works fine for the task of following my daughter glucose if she is at school however there is one issue which has kept happening last couple of weeks. For some reason there sometimes can be a delay of alerts for example this happened this morning. I would get an alert now that says she is 14.7mmol however you load the app, and it actually says she is 10mmol however 3 hours before she was 14.7 and the app was correct, but I did not get an alert then (setting are factory set)

Why I can't create account? I select my country and I can't move to next? I change from 1 star to 5 BUT. If you have this problem. Above the next button press. You don't see ther nothing but ther is the next hidden. After the real next button is working too. Fix this bug please. From then is working good

Lately i uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times I don't get the reading constantly at times I check and yes I get the reading and then short time check again and does not give me any reading used to work always not more now

This is a very good app. Please consider the following suggestions: - Please add a home screen widget, so users can view their data without having to open the app. - When we add notes or log insulin doses in the Libra app, it would be great if those notes and insulin entries could also be displayed in this app. Thank you for your attention. - and also pls add this app on samsung watch. If u have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Ever since this app updated months ago, it has sucked. It hardly ever gives me the readings for mt husband. I constantly check it to see where his sugar is, but it hasn't hardly worked for a long time.

Previous version worked. This one is poor so far. I downloaded the new app version with a different logo (black/yellow not red) and for weeks I have had no readings. The app says I am connected to my mother, it has her name, and notified me today of a new sensor. But no glucose readings. I have tried forcing stop and reinstalling. I don't know what else I can do.

This app was great for me to keep an eye on my mom's blood sugar. Since the most recent update and since requiring all Libra users to use a different app this app hasn't worked correctly. I get notifications constantly of losing connection to my mom's device and then reconnecting. When I try to check after it says I've reconnected it immediately disconnects from her device again.
