I find this app to be extremely frustrating. I had no clue what my username or password was. Library told me it was card number but how do I find my password. I have tried the last 4 numbers of my card, last four digits of my phone number, my last name in caps and my maiden name. There is no option to allow a reset or email of my correct password. I am eager to use this app but feel it is best to just delete it

It worked for almost a year. Now the app continually crashes every time I search for a book. I can't search anything without being kicked out of the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times with no change. It's probably a four-star product when it works. It wasn't anything super fancy but it worked. I could create bookbags for each kiddo and plan books for summer reading. I could see what was available at my library and reserve books I wanted. But now, it is useless.

Confused. Don't understand the point of this app. Can't log in. Says to contact your local library about that. I did and the library assistant didn't know what I was talking about. Her exact words were "I'm not familiar with that, is Librista one of those electronic reading apps?" Told her I didn't think so. Looks like you can see the inventory of what your library has and reserve items etc. Reply to librista: I did use those credentials, and I can't log in.
