I honestly wish I could choose to use a previous version of the app, it used to work perfectly, I could easily choose a different chap & then minimize the app to continue listening. Now I never know if the app will just revert to the previously played chap & stop playing. I got used to that nonsense, but the new updates are worse. I don't understand why the sleep timer was changed, it was perfectly functional, and now it's less convenient. Newest issue is that the play button no longer works.

I would normally rate four stars. I would rate it five stars if it wasn't for all the advertisements and adds. Recently, the last update made the app frustrating to use. I can't remove downloads now when I finish a book which keeps my phone full. Also I cant save any books now. As soon as I close the app and come back they are all gone, and I have to find them all over again. Fix this and the app will go back to 4 stars. The updates should be tested for these bugs before putting them out.

Five stars for the LibriVox project. This app here however is not connected with the project. The developers use the free audiobooks and sell them for money or ad revenues. And the app gets worse and worse over the years. New UI, new bling. But broken functions don't get repaired, and more and more stuff breaks. Unbelievable.

Every book I tried, about 10 all were incomplete. Great books but way too annoying. Definitely annoying adds as well
