I was a regular buyer from Vicious and also had a membership. I used to order eggs, chicken, and fish quite often. However, recently I noticed that the quality of the chicken was getting worse. Freshness was becoming a hit-or-miss affair. The final incident happened when I ordered a premium chicken soup pack. The moment I opened it, a terrible smell hit me. The chicken was rotten, and the stink was so bad that I almost puked. I was genuinely shocked that something like this could be delivered.
