I've been using Vicious for more than 2 months and had an amazing experience...really love the quality, freshness and hygiene of the product. I have one suggestion please add an option like 'request a product' in your app, so we can oder chicken and mutton portions/variety which are not available and as an alternative we go to the local meat shops. This would allow your team to gauge exact demand and completely avoid any product wastage.

I subscribed to their Infinite subscription. All the prices increased by 10%. I checked the prices on their web version (not logged in), price is 364 for chicken thigh. The Infinite subscription price in app is 405. Feel cheated.

Very worst experience they seduced my delivery at 12 to 2, at 2.30 they cancelling my order don't buy in the vicious app

One of the worst customer service. I had placed an order at 1.01 p.m. and was assured delivery by 1.31 p.m. But the order was delivered, the worst part is the expected time of delivery was removed and was just mentioned "delayed". Then I called the customer executive, spent 5 minutes speaking to them, they come back saying they are unable to connect to the delivery team and assured further escalation internally and promised delivery in next 15 minutes. Finally cancelled the order at 2.30
