Worst Experience Worst delivery experience ever! I ordered prawns and waited for almost 4 hours, but the order was still not delivered. When I contacted customer care, they said they couldnโt contact the delivery person and asked me to cancel the order. On top of that, they said the refund would take 4โ5 days. Extremely poor service and absolutely disappointing customer support. Never ordering from this app again.

Licious claims to be providing the best quality meat but the app is designed to suck money out of customers. Even if we order 2k worth different kinds of meat, they provide less cashback. And we can't even use the promised cashback as it is set to the least quantity like 40โน even if you have wallet money of 500โน and cashback of 500โน also with a limit of 15 days. That means you have to order 10-15times in a span of 15 days worth at least 1000โน to use the cashback and wallet money for each order.

Ordered mutton, specifically regular/rewaaji mutton, but what I received was mostly bone and very thinly cut pieces. I received around 10 pieces, but almost 6 of them had very large bones, and even those pieces were very thin from the sides. I also received around 4 very small solid pieces. I did not order bone-only pieces. I ordered good-quality rewaaji mutton, but the quality and cutting were completely different from what I expected.
