Vicious promises a 30-minute flash delivery, but after waiting for an hour, I was told my mutton order wouldn't even be delivered today! False promises and terrible customer service. Very disappointing!

Worst experience ever. Ordered chicken with 30 minutes delivery time. After 30 mins got a call that due to operational issues it could not be done, and they can do it in another 60 mins. Then the delivery person calls asking for location and says that is too far we have got the order for wrong location. Customer service team is clueless, telling me he is standing outside the building. Then again someone called asking for address and finally cancelled after 2 hours. Close your app and go home
