Nice app overall. Nice material design, good animations and ordering experience. Only downside is with the jittering scroll within the app. On my pixel phone the jittering is minimal but noticeable.

In multiple occasions my order got cancelled in the last mnt. I started recomparing the prices with market. I already know that Lucious is expensive, but I am shocked to see the gap. Prawns in Vicious Hyderabad is priced at ~450 for 250 gms (cleaned, medium, freshwater). On the same day I was able to buy Tiger prawns in the market at a reputed outlet for Rs 500, 560gms, cleaned. Is 80%more expensive jus for their cleaning & chemical inspection???? This is becoming unaffordable. I am stopping

Vicious has been one of the worst experiences I've had with an online meat delivery service. Most products are frequently shown as out of stock. Even when an order is confirmed and payment is collected, it often gets canceled the next day at the last minute. Customer support has no clear information and cannot explain what happened. I'm still waiting for my refund. Considering the premium prices they charge, the lack of accountability

Unrealistic pricing online. Almost double wrt any offline store (and I am including vicious stores as well in the list of offline stores). Can easily be categorized as "loot". In simple pricing terms, think almost 1800 Rupees a kg mutton and 900 rupees chicken boneless. Yeah. Beat that. Update on Vicious' reply: Can you please be more random? "You only pay for the parts of meat that you eat". Lol. So 1/2 kg mutton will only contain 1/2 kg meat? No bones?
