When I'm in the store, I go through the App to see if any of the items in my trolley are on offer, and if they are, I select them and ACTIVATE THE OFFERS BEFORE I REACH THE TILL, and before I pay I scan the Card on the App so that the Offers or Free items are deducted from the final bill....!

Worse after update, cannot add items to shopping list. EDIT: CAN add items but when you press the "Add" button instead of simply adding it and taking you back to the shopping list, it displays the delete or increase quantity (trash can and plus) button. This makes it unclear that you have to go back a page in order to see the updated list. Added two stars because error was on my part, but I still find it awkward.

I can no longer use the lidl app on my Android mobile 'phone and when I try to load the update a message tells me it is not compatable, and I should contact the developer. This is the second time I have had to effectively get a new mobile 'phone just to be able to continue to shop at lidl and use the lidl Plus app. I've been a customer of lidl for over 15 years and have used the lidl Plus app since its inception. I don't intend to buy a new mobile phone just to use your app. I'll shop elsewhere.

Who goes through all the trouble of updating an app without options for password recovery? LIDL! That's who! So the annoyed cashier told me and the other customers having the same to call customer service, 🤔 🙄. Have you ever had to call a phone number to reset a supermarket app password? Ever? The customer service in store was already lacking, you can never find anyone when you need help. This just made it worse for me. Back to Aldi I go. At least I'm keeping it in the family, right. 🙄
