When I'm in the store, I go through the App to see if any of the items in my trolley are on offer, and if they are, I select them and ACTIVATE THE OFFERS BEFORE I REACH THE TILL, and before I pay I scan the Card on the App so that the Offers or Free items are deducted from the final bill....!

Worse after update, cannot add items to shopping list. EDIT: CAN add items but when you press the "Add" button instead of simply adding it and taking you back to the shopping list, it displays the delete or increase quantity (trash can and plus) button. This makes it unclear that you have to go back a page in order to see the updated list. Added two stars because error was on my part, but I still find it awkward.

Another app that forces users to download and give your data, to access cheaper items in store. Remember the days you could walk into a store and actually buy something on offer without getting out your phone, and yes I am a member of this great Lidl plus club.

Login experience of the App is abysmal. App logs you out after a short period of time. Why do I have to log in every time I want to use the App ? It is a really bad customer experience to try to log in when you are at the Kasse to use Lidl plus or Lidl pay since the App randomly logs you out. If you guys ever want your customers to use Lidl Pay, you have to improve this login experience.
