★★★★★ App worked great. I had no problems getting connected. Also have 3 children using app to send pictures to their grandma & grandpa's frame. Fast and easy. Read and follow directions, that's what they are there for.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible app, when they ask for a binding ID it says "Pls enter password" c'mon really? Aren't you a professional company? And then when you try to enter the password it just says network settings and makes you assume it's the Wi-Fi password and even better yet, if your Wi-Fi password has letters in it Won't WORK because they made it, so you can only input NUMBERS for the password. Don't waste your time with this the others can't even get it to work to this point, and after it won't send pictures. Don't waste your money.

★★☆☆☆ App does not work on newer Android phone, so what is the purpose of keeping it? Please give me address to send it back. I don't want it if I can't use it. This is sad because I love my frame, it's time to update my pics on it and I can't.
