I absolutely friggin' loved this epic saga. It's rare to find a Hosted or Choice of game that encapsulates the entirety of your character's existence. The choices truly do have a tremendous impact on the story. My only gripe would be with the lack of emotion and characterization in regards to one's potential life partner. Other than that? A masterful pièce de résistance.

A pretty good story in a similar vein to Star Trek, taking your character through most of their life and career. Most of the characters are interesting and worth getting to know and a worthwhile game.

As many said the ending was blandished and rushed, but overall had a fantastic time with this, especially since I enjoy the usual sci-fi, mass effect, Star Trek like setting. 9.5/10

Up until now I have been a huge fan of this author. However, the exhausting fixation with pronoun variability every few pages just completey removes the reader from immersive realism, ruining the narrative experience for the majority of the readers in an attempt to incorporate the slimmest of margins of the populace. That's just bad business. Furthermore the majority of the chapters seem focused on early childhood development, which completely drains the adventure thrill from the story.

Like most of this writer's games, this is suffused with crunch, statistics, and motions toward narrative that never actually coalesce into a satisfying story. Good if you want to approach a game book like a puzzle, but I can't imagine why you would want to do that.
