There are several steps you need to take:
Define the areas (categories) your life consists of. Set yourself a short period of time to improve. Evaluate your score in each sphere at the beginning of a period. Set yourself goals to achieve within a defined period. Goals should be achievable, measurable and clear. Achieve those goals and make your life more balanced.

Love this great app! Do wish you could back up to email and sync with email calendar. Just changed phones and had to start again. Would also be good to be able to put different timescales against different goals

Room for improvement. The idea is good, but several features are missing. Backup, reminder when cycle ends, not really sure how the goal setting works

Not keen on this. Difficult to just track changes Difficult to track changes. It wipes your existing info before you can mark any changes or anything. Not sure of the value yet. Will keep trying. It's not very intelligent needs more links in itself to its different parts.
