Black screen Android 7 tablet as always volia takes money but not provide the service

Doesn't run. Log in with success, get balance and list of channels, but when try to start to watch any channel - get nothing, only rotate four orange cubes as loading. I'm wait more than five minutes. Phone ASUS zenfone 6, 11Android, the same at the Chrome browser on phone. On PC or laptop work at browser well.
