Allows you to get results and schedule donations right from the app. Life South still needs to improve the app. Small items. When referring another Donor, there's no referral code for the new Donor to place on the registration. And techs are not familiar on how to process that at the donation center. So the referral I made today, neither I, nor the new Donor will get rewarded like it shows on the website. Also, if Life South could start printing Donor shirts in larger sizes. It would be nice.

This is a rating for my experience today only at my local donation center. I made an appt online for plasma. Platelets were not an option for me don't know why, so I chose plasma since it was available. When I got to center at my designated appointment time, I came to find out they didn't want my plasma. They didn't ask if I wanted to donate something else, but we don't take your plasma blood type. Really? All I hear everywhere is blood is in short supply, but they don't want anything from me.

Epic Fail! If you're able to log in...it's blank! If you select something from the Menu...it's blank! Nothing shows up & everything is blank! I agree with all the other reviews before me. These 4&5 star reviews must be a bot! 🤣🤣🤣

The Life South app is great for finding and scheduling blood drives—mobile or standalone—but could use some needed upgrades. By adding features like notifications, reminders, and real-time alerts for mobile units nearby would make a big difference. Features like donor badges and an “impact” section, could be a game changer. The Badges on the Red Cross seem to be motivational to some people

The app does provide useful information, but it is so frustrating to log in. First, it does not support Google password manager, meaning I have to find my password first. Then, if you exit out of the app, as I do by using the phone back gesture, you have to log in again. It would be nice if the app warned you that the back gesture was going to exit you from the app. It courses, it would be even better if you supported password storage or biometrics.
