★★★★★ Great and easy to use. Much better for Prague than Uber. Reliable drivers with real taxi license.

★★★★★ Very easy to use and more affordable than other ride-share options. I needed a ride to the Prague airport at 3 am, scheduled a pickup the previous night for that time, and had a driver ready at my hotel 15 minutes early with no hassle

★★☆☆☆ The worst customer service. I got a sms that my goods will be delivered within 24 min. Then 2 min later it was canceled with sms saying : "Zasilka od DATART nebude dorucena. Doruceni bylo zruseno." No apology, no reason provided. No further information about next steps. The phone of delivery driver is answered by bot saying the same thing as the last sms from Lift ago. No call center on the web page. No way to find more.

★★☆☆☆ Unreliable and useless outside of Prague. Needed a ride on a Monday at 6pm in a city of 100,000 inh., spent 15 minutes waiting and searching for a driver ; had eventually to run to catch the bus since nobody was available. When I made a test a few days earlier to see if there are any drivers at all in our city, the app found 5. Ridiculous and totally unreliable.

★★☆☆☆ The most retarded drivers ever. Imagine you are sick, imagine your delivery is from Pharmacy to relief your pain, imagine you live in a house that has a Reception so the Lift ago driver could deliver it to the Reception. The world could be this easy. But not with Lift ago drivers, they won't deliver unless they have a pin code. Even though the Address is correct. This Delivery PIN is just evil.
