Brillant =) have used the remote a lot and found it really helpful and saves a heap of time =) not having to run back and forward between console and stage to change one light really good for positioning of lights one less person needed.

The Dec 5 update is for 64-bit OS. The Moto Z2 runs a 32 bit version of Android. Google Play Store does not recognize this and provides the wrong app version. The Light Factory support was excellent in helping me get the appropriate app.

Works great when it doesn't freeze Works phenomenally when it doesn't freeze up. Is fixed a simple reboot of the app but that is very inconvenient

Crash on Lollipop Until this gets updated to support Lollipop, it's useless. Help us out Light Factory, I want to recommend your product but can't while you have such shoddy support for updates.

I have high hopes if they fix compatibility I've seen the app work on iOS, and it looks fab, but it crashes on startup every time on lollipop. Having just got two Strand Neos I'd really like to have this working!
