Why am I unable to save to my gallery after making edits in light lightroom

Completely unusable for editing phone pictures after the June update. When selecting an image to edit, I see the correct image for a split second, but then it is replaced with a glitched image of colored rectangles (see screenshot). I can move the edit sliders, but I can't see how it impacts the real image. I seem to be able to edit photos taken with my Fuji film xt5 camera (previously imported), but not pictures taken by my phone.

If I could give zero stars I would. Lightroom used to be a great app but now everything is paid for, even a simple edit can't be done!

Awful app over time, it's so glitchy to the point it just erases your edits with no trace. Spend a couple of minutes working on your project? No worries, this app can make it all vanish with no trace, with no option to restore or undo the version you "get" at the end. Support can't do anything about it and even the support system is buggy, you end up in a loop of loading screens with no option to see the messages received by human agents. I feel frustrated and annoyed, painful to pay for nothing.

Imagine doing photography your whole life since you were a kid. Even your mother was using Adobe when you were coming to see her at work while she was using the odd shapped Apple computer in the 90s. Now Imagine 24 years later in the age of AI and you are editing your photos on Adobe; you've have had it for years but never had the opportunity to show it. Imagine trying to make one small correction because u realize it will be the most important connection of your career. Adobe ain't that guy pal.
