Since last few months anytime I get a notification and click on it, the app opens and then stays on a white page for even. I then have to force close it and open the app again every single time.

When I try to enter an observation on the app, the app closes and the documentation is not submitted. I have tried multiple times with the same result.

Since the new updates it's been a garbage app. You can't do observations as easy as it was in the beginning. You can't go into an individual child and see their portfolio without all the age groups pictures showing up. It doesn't make sense. Unfortunately, I can't delete the app because it's for work.
