Nice app, but I have unexpectedly stopped getting notifications for some reason. ...which is very important for daycare app. All permissions are set to allow in phone settings and notifications selected in the app as well. (Using Samsung S22 Ultra) it looks like this has been an issue before for others.

Our daycare switched us to Lillie after Procure and we hate it. When educators add updates or information, they aren’t sorted by the actual time of the event, but by when the educator entered the data. Photos are displayed as a collage, and if you want to download them in normal resolution you have to pay. Also, for some reason there is no way to see info only from our current provider, we see info from our previous daycare provider too, and it's all on the same page. I absolutely hate this app!

Hi mama worked perfectly. This new app freezes up continually and can't get into it to send important messages. Happens way too often. I also hate the new name. Why the change? It was great before. Not impressed.

When I try to enter an observation on the app, the app closes and the documentation is not submitted. I have tried multiple times with the same result.
