The software is straightforward to set up, use, and maintain. It has transformed our scheduled maintenance program thanks to its easy-to-use mobile app and intuitive interface. The pricing is very acceptable and worthwhile for smaller companies as the cost benefit of the savings on maintenance out weighs the cost of the software. The support online is exceptional with frequent communications from Liable and continuous upgrades of the software. The app stability could be slightly improved.

Glitchy hard to move from Task to task within the inspection. Takes lots and lots of tapping to do anything. Pull down menus tend to freeze.

This app is even more annoying to use than the original app. Exept that you can use it ofline, it's slower. It can only register 1 action at a time, and it so long just to register it and also freeze for that time, so you can't do anything els until it is finished. It doesn't do everything the old app can and if you what to make a work request, it takes you to an outside browers out of the app, so you can make one.
