How to reset the cloud account and start everything from scratch can't remember password or email used

Multiple issues, but the main thing is that videos are not downloading anymore (has been the case for the last 24h). This is currently happening for other users also, so the problem is in the cloud. I have used this cloud for two days now, and it's terrible experience overall. App is struggling badly and losing camera settings etc.
