Units are the ones on the tiles that move in that line each turn. They move and attack the first thing they run into coming from the opposite direction in the same line.
Units move against each other in the line until they front each other, then fight based on their attack and defense stats. Some units have skills like range attack, the ability to affect units in adjacent lines, healing other creatures, etc.
You can win the game when your friendly units eliminate enemy units in order to kill all enemy commander units. When all enemy commanders’ Hp becomes zero, they are defeated. Therefore, the strategy comes from deciding which lines to place your friendly units and which units to summon in what order within the line.

OK, 5-star rating in the hope that this turns out to be everything I hope it becomes. This game is built off the foundations of an older game called Rise of Mythos / Kings and Legends. This looks like a lot of work has gone in to reskin and rework a lot of the assets to make the game work as a mobile game rather than Web browser based (RoM was web) I am impressed so far and hope this game continues to develop avoiding pitfalls the original encountered.

Overall a good game, but UI looks a little bit outdated and there is almost nothing to do after level 20, until level 50 which will probably take a week of continued gameplay without anything new, which is not realistic. So maybe faster progression and more game modes? I see a lot of potential in this game and I hope you continue to add to it!

I spent maybe 50 hours on this game progressing through campaigns and leveling up my account and units. The developers decided they had been too generous with rewards in campaign and decided to reduce these. Then they deleted all original players accounts in order to reset them now that there are lower rewards forcing them to start again from scratch. Malicious company seeking to force as much money out of players as possible. Pay to win in the extreme and malicious tactics by devs.

The game becomes too much p2w, even if you are willing to spend money, the drop rate is too low. Gold which was required to update your card level is too little now. E.g. If you can get 4k gold from a campaign stage now you can get only 100 gold while the level up price remains same. Till these changes it is waste of your time to spend in this game. Good game but Devs become too greedy even before it gets a good player base
