★★☆☆☆ Good game but worst admin Hi new comers, I had played this game for quite some time. This game is nice overall, but they do not have a professional admin to counter every problem you met in the game. We had the 500 gems issue few months ago. A few months ago LZ made the biggest mistake ever. They were supposed to send out 500 helper points to everyone but sent 500 gems out instead. From about 1pm to 5pm that day if you logged in and spent them then LZ could not do anything. My friend was one of those who complained as my friends had spent their on captains, rolls and vvips. Thet got some real good stuff free of charge and for him it defeated all the hours I spent building my team up. Back then he had bought some gems.LZ just said we are sorry. No compensation or anything. this is just one of the major issue we old players encounter in the game and getting unprofessional service from LZ administration. You might find their replies business unprofessional and a bit of greed. I am here to question them and the company, and to urge you all not to purchase IAP until the reconstruction of LZ admin. everything is on luck, no auto gameplay feature, repetitive gameplay, boring animation.
