Not free, don't be fooled... answering to the answer they gave: that's completely false, you have nothing free, literally after 3 sentences you can't move forward until you pay, you can't press anything else until you pay... stop lying to ppl

12 May I am still facing the same problems, my subscription will end with no benefits from it ---------- I subscribed 6 months ago and the problems still exist even more. I can't believe that I paid to this bad quality of app !! Wrong translation, books are read by AI module which is unclear and sometimes wrong pronunciation, I paid 1400 pounds for nothing

Absolutely terrible customer service. I engaged in the free trial to create content for this brand. After I used it to create the content I was certain that I canceled my trial. Somehow I missed that I had been charged for 3 months of thier services, until I got a follow-up email from Google, letting me know that it was going to renew. I've reached out to their support team several times with no response. It's ok, but it's not how I learn, and I never received my refund, or a response.
