While using this app, it was very 5 it kept telling me to switch to Pro. I already speak Spanish, but I just wanted to better it. They pronunciation in this app was honestly really bad compared to actual Spanish. Like I said, I am a native Spanish speaker, and I was told to say "Hola," and I said is how I would usually say it in Mexico, and they marked it as wrong. It was just a very bad experience for me due to the app not being able to speak native Spanish. I only got to learn 3 words btw.

Hello. I was charged even before my trial was done. This is not acceptable, and I tried contacting customer care through WhatsApp, but received no response. This is not fair if you are charging even before I use my trial version. What is the point of a 7-day trial? I want someone to resolve my issue ASAP.

I've been using this app for about a week now. I regret paying for a year subscription. I'm on lesson 29 and the app has repeatedly taught me the same phases "hola", "buenos días", "como estas?" over and over again. Even when the lesson is supposed to teach me phrases for a specific subject, I'm being taught the same basic phrases anyway. This app also only teaches you phrases rather than teaching you individual words or grammar. And the AI fails to give feedback for any of my pronunciations.

I subscribed 6 months ago and the problems still exist even more. I can't believe that I paid to this bad quality of app !! Wrong translation, books are read by AI module which is unclear and sometimes wrong pronunciation, I paid 1400 pounds for nothing
