Not a bad app. I have the simple Cab 1L (Legacy "Lite") and it works fine. I have the Lion chief app installed just for kicks. The Lion chief app does exactly as they say. It works fine, I just wish there were more features. I guess I'll have to wait for the Cab 3 app. For example, I wish I could turn off classification lights and doghouse lights. I can't do that with the Cab 1L or the Lion chief app. Hopefully that is a feature that will be worked into the upcoming Cab 3.

Followed the instruction in Ken Bradshaw's review about location, but then after linking the engine I needed to hit the "X" to go to the control screen, not the control screen looking button. After that it worked great.

Does not connect via blue tooth to our Lionel Polar Express train. Been messing with it for an hour. Tried every single setting. Uninstalled, reinstalled app. Cant get it to connect. And the beeping coming from the train is really annoying.

My New H-10 goes all of about 5 feet before disconnecting. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall without any luck. I don't have another engine with Bluetooth, so my review is based solely on the aforementioned Locomotive and a bone stock Google Pixel 2 XL. I like the app and the ability to run trains without any special remotes BUT IT HAS TO WORK!! P.s. Others have experienced the same issue as me on a forum I follow so its definitely not user error.

This app used to work great now I can't even connect to the engine. I even tried downloading an old version, but it still doesn't connect. So frustrating I will not be adding lionel Bluetooth engines to my collection.
