this makes everything very slow. I can't even load videos while I'm using it even after trying several different servers. They also seem to pick at negative reviews such as complaining about positive reviews that users make of vpn apps they deem worse than this. However I'm not sure such apps exist. That just doesn't strike me as professional.

When it works it works well however it will randomly disconnect with no warning, the notification says connected however it isn't which means that all data sent is unprotected, this is a major problem for a vpn service
