ListHarbor: Grocery Lists

ListHarbor is the shared shopping list app for families, couples, and roommates who want to stay organized and shop together, even when apart.

Create grocery lists that sync instantly across everyone's phones. Add items, check them off, and watch updates appear in real time. No more duplicate purchases or forgotten items.

REAL-TIME SHARED SHOPPING LISTS
Add any list to a group (a named, color-coded space like Home, Roommates, or Beach House) and everyone in it sees changes as they happen. Others join with a share link, code, or QR code. Free accounts include one group of your own with up to 3 members; Premium unlocks unlimited groups with up to 6 members each.

IMPORT RECIPES INTO YOUR LIST
Paste a link to any recipe and ListHarbor pulls out the ingredients. Uncheck anything you already have and add the rest to a new list named after the recipe, sorted into categories. Free for everyone.

BRAND PREFERENCES FOR THE WHOLE GROUP
Record who likes which brand ("oat milk: Oatly for Sam, store brand for Jess") for anyone in your group. Items on the list show everyone's pick, so whoever does the shopping grabs the right one the first time.

MORE THAN GROCERIES: 5 SPECIAL LISTS, ALL FREE
• Subscriptions: monthly and yearly totals, what's due in the next 30 days, categories, and free-trial tracking with a reminder before a trial turns paid
• Gift Ideas: prices against a gift budget, grouped by person, with yearly reminders before birthdays and occasions
• Returns: a countdown on every return window, receipt photos, and refund tracking with a nudge if a refund is late
• Store Credits: gift card and credit balances that go down as you spend, with expiry reminders
• Future Wants: a wishlist with a "buy when under" price that flags a good deal
Choose how early each reminder fires: the same day, or 1, 3 or 7 days ahead.

SMART STORE PREFERENCES
Create store profiles with your own aisle order. Filter by store and items sort to match that store's layout, so you shop aisle by aisle without backtracking.

GROUPS: SHOP TOGETHER
Share stores, templates, and lists with your group automatically. See a live activity feed of what everyone is doing, and assign items to specific members so everyone knows their part.

BUDGET TRACKING
Set a budget for any list and track spending as you shop, with estimated and checked-off totals and a progress bar that keeps you on target.

WIDGETS AND PHOTOS
See your active list on your home screen with a widget. Add a photo to any item, from the camera or your gallery.

CLOUD BACKUP & OFFLINE-FIRST
Your lists back up automatically and work offline. Changes sync when you reconnect.

You can now rate ListHarbor anytime from Help & Support with the new Rate the App row. The rating prompt is also less intrusive: it now appears only after you check off the last item on a list yourself or add an item that reaches a milestone, never just from opening a list.
