Simple RSS with Notifications Took forever to find an app that wasn't some useless clunky thing like Feebly. This RSS app does what it says - RSS with notifications. Program doesn't need to be open to get the notifications. Two things though: "open in external browser" doesn't work, and it'd be nice to have more options to include sounds on notifications. Still, only app I found that actually did I wanted with RSS. Also, I don't care about the ads, they're pretty non-intrusive.

Perfect Beautiful and simple. Please keep it a standalone RSS reader, there are not many like it. Also, please consider using the system font or add font chooser with size selection. Thank you.

This app does nearly everything I want an RSS reader to do. It imports and exports OPML files. It stores hundreds of articles without crashing. And it displays news sources in ALPHABETICAL ORDER (very, very important). What it doesn't do is set up a tweet with the article headline, only the link. That's a dealbreaker for me, an active Twitter user. Too much typing! Fix that, and I'd be willing to pay for the ad-free version, even though the ads aren't that intrusive.

Has all the features I've been looking for in replacement for RSS Demon which has been good but is beginning to show its age: no login/signup necessary, manual feed entry, clear fast compact feed display (title, summary, picture, date/time, source), read articles can be hidden (but not until the feed is left), proper display of full articles in browser. The only thing missing for me is the ability to sort articles oldest first, and to be able to rearrange and/or group feeds. Other than those small things, great app.

Seemed good to begin with, but very frequent, long-lasting, multiple, full screen ads make it unusable. Export feeds doesn't work either. Uninstall.

BS. It doesn't handle links, you cannot download podcasts from the app. What is the point of an RSS reader if it cannot deal with links?

Does the job but too heavy on network This app does the RSS thing very well however it is inappropriate to connect to advertisers when not open. Uses up.too.much network. Uninstalling.
