It's 4/2026 and a new updated app just came out, and it works GREAT AGAIN.... FANTASTIC!!! I have 9 of these cameras and for a few years the app worked. The last year the cameras almost became worthless... wouldn't connect, constant freezing, constant ads that slowed even more, terrible at recording, and just about as bad as any app can be. This new update on 4/2026 brought it back to where it was when it I first used it... instant connection, rapid response to touch, easier to use layout. WORKS!

I really like the latest app update. The 10/5/1 minute selector in the video playback section is great and has made it much easier to locate specific moments in the recordings. It would be nice to have a skip forward/backwards by :30 button as well. The camera has been very reliable since I've had it the past 2 to 3 years. The record to card function is great as well and I like having the options for upgrades should I need them.

Just in the past couple of weeks, I keep getting notification about things that I can subscribe to/buy. Please turn this feature off - I should only be getting notifications when motion is detected by my cameras. It's really irritating to keeo getting notifications, worrying because I think the camera has picked something up, only for it to be you trying to sell me something!

Buy our cameras. Everytime u touch anything on the app we will ask u to pay us money for cloud storage. Always an ad panel on home screen to buy cloud, notifications have to be off or also notification to buy cloud. Email spam. Pay pay pay. We will switch to another brand.

Cameras stopped recognizing the SD cards, installed new SD cards and still can't view recordings. Did factory reset to no avail.
