This is my very favorite app. I have downloaded several versions of the Bible. So I have it with me wherever I go. However, I have a friend that has the iPhone, and it is not available on the iPhone. I absolutely love the Bible app

The only NIV 1984 option I've found After spending months searching for a Bible app featuring the 1984 edition of the NIV translation (the version I grew up learning, which has been deprecated by Biblical and retracted from bookstores and online reading sites alike), I finally gave Live Bible a try. I'm so pleased to find that with the Pro version, I can download the '84 edition in its entirety for offline reading. Thank you! I do wish that the daily verse widget could be downsized to 4x1 (with a less obtrusive app icon embedded), and that the widget background color could either be selectable, or else a more neutral color. 1 star withheld, but overall, a great app.

I love the color customization in this app. So easy on my eyes when I make the page light green, for example. Very economical app too; I bought many Bible versions in it. I also like the daily verse widget on my home screen. And the radio stations -- no need for an extra radio app.

Can't use It won't let me read anything unless I download the bible, but it won't let me download the bible. Kind of useless, unfortunately. Is really hoping this was going to work. :(

Font Size doesn't work Can not change the Font Size in this Paid version. PAID VERSION NO LONGER LETS ONE CHOOSE A SPECIFIC VERSE. The free version had this problem, so I purchased this paid version and now the verse selection doesn't work on the Paid version as well as not being able to change the Font Size? Hopefully this will be corrected soon, or I am out of here, not to go back :-(
