I was going to install this app, after talking to others who have responsibility's within the congregations told me that it is not safe as it's a private company and nothing to do with the organization and also has other companies organizations on its books. How many times have we been warned about the internet. So you Brother's with positions in the congregations think about what dangers like all the data that is being taken from the meetings especially children 16yr and under DATA PROTECT

Android devices keep buffering. We have verified tonight at the meeting that the friends with android devices are unable to access the meeting. Apple iPhones have no issue.

Although the app works reasonably well, the whole service has taken a nosedive in recent months. Constant issues with recordings being unavailable, the website is slow and sometimes unavailable and even worse, the almost nonexistent support. Replying to support tickets after months?! Seriously, what's happened?! Please get it together. I used to recommend this service, I wouldn't any more I'm afraid.

The problem with no live audio for android users has been going on for weeks now. Not impressed. You can get the Chrome browser to work by allowing insecure content. May be start looking there.
