★★★★★ UPDATE - Seems over the past year, app is much more stable ... Worst app EVER!!! Can't even transfer tickets anymore. Always asks to verify my phone number, then gives error message ALL THE TIME. Takes FOREVER to load. Link to sell tickets always gives 404 error. Complete garbage 🗑️🗑️🗑️

★★☆☆☆ Barely works. I can never purchase tix through the app. I often can't even open my tickets. This might be the worst app I have on my phone. Extremely buggy. Recently had issues having a ticket scanned. What's even the point if it can't function?? Get your act together live nation. With all the extra fees and service charges, you should be able to afford a working app with support/devs 11/25/25 still haven't fixed ANY of the issues like connection or payments...
