Probably the best Live2D or animated wallpaper for mobile, and you could use any custom background whether it's an image or a video. You also can find various Live2D models and other animated models, and they're interactive too, (although you need to own the app on steam for unlimited points) nonetheless this is still a great app, 10/10 recommended if you have the money or time for it.

Most of the content is just very sexualized women that aren't even getting filtered by the inbuilt filter. It's only getting a second because there are actually normal characters on it and because the app is actually working. But this app has to be cleaned out of some content or at the very least be set for 18+. It's honestly disgusting
