Looks great but 1 major problem. Times are not accurate for people on another timestamp than where the race is taking place. Also, would be great to be able to follow all the favorites runners on 1 map for a same race

Not accurate at all, the only thing can use is check on the participant. I already DNF. But still in race, even the event already over few days.

For every Runner not getting past the starting animation: Don't use the automatic Bib matching by name. Clear the app storage, log in again and change your name to a nickname or something. Then manually enter the Bib number when joining a race. At least that seems to work for me... No idea if the app works, since my race starts in a few hours, but due to this bug it's 1 star for now...

I have paid for premium use but the timing updates are very unreliable. The app regularly logs me out and frequently crashes. I can't personalize my home screen or update my Favorites. The app worked well on the first day of the UTMB races but as more people are using it it's now nearly useless.

Chunky and it keeps freezing... As a recent competitor in the Grunewald Iger Trail running event, we were forced to download and use this app during the event... It failed to track in real time. And I just gave up on it....
