I love this app, it's made GP appointments so much easier for someone with social anxiety. It's much less taxing to just do an appointment over video call in the comfort of your home. I've found the livi doctors kind and helpful and the service is easy to use.

The app doesn't open in any of the 4 phones in the house.....and the gp wants me to use the app..... Great no appointments for me then

Unable to set up. Continually asks you to sign in and set up an account and asks for a pass word which you can't set up through the app. I keep getting text messages telling me to confirm an appointment using the Livi app which won't let me set up. A total waste of time and an indication of how poor the whole booking an appointment with your local Dr's has become. I T systems can't help if your answers are not able to get past "sign in" Shocking state of affairs
