★★★★★ Brilliant service. Same-day appointment which I would not of got at my surgery. Although currently away on holiday, I thought I would try using Livi even just for advice but managed to get an appointment with a Dr for a UTI. The Dr was great and listened to me, understood my situation and was able to prescribe me some antibiotics and send to the nearest pharmacy. I would use this service again

★★☆☆☆ Please do not use this app. This is the start of tearing our rights to GP's away from us. Patients are just a number to Livi, they just allocate the maximum amount of patients to GP's possible to get paid. This is the selling of the NHS. I booked an appointment, waited for 2 days, logged on and waited, for the appointment to be cancelled and rescheduled for another 4 days away. They don't care if a GP is absent and cancells many appointments. This is the future of UK health care. Do not allow it

★★☆☆☆ Doctors are always late to my appointments. Today the doctor hung up on me 10 seconds into the call, so the whole appointment was cancelled. Bloody furious.
