★★☆☆☆ The app suddenly started to show error messages and kept saying try later. I tried later, and now it says they suspect my device might have been jailbroken/rooted. Called bank support, and they tell me to call my phone provider support as there is nothing wrong in their end. Called Google, and they say the issue is 100% from the app provider. Called bank again, and they still can't do anything about it. My phone is malware free and I never did anything to its system. App doesn't work overnight...

★★☆☆☆ The app incorporates a credit report score provided by TransUnion. Out of the blue it states that I am not in the electoral register and this affects my score. I've contacted directly all the interested parties: Camden council, Lloyds Bank, and TransUnion. They all formally recognize I am indeed in the electoral register. Neither Lloyds Bank nor TransUnion are able to tell this app that I am in the electoral register. 7 months have passed. Lloyds blames TransUnion and vice versa. 1star for this.

★★☆☆☆ This is the worst app (on a par with the British Gas app). It's slow to load, quite often doesn't load at all, and it can be awkward if you want to use it on two devices. Lloyds Bank's IT needs a good overhaul, it's not much better at the staff desks at our local branch either. Lloyds customers deserve much better than this considering the profits they make.
