★★★★★ So easy to choose and then book your ticket. LNER Perks are a great bonus!

★★★★★ Booking easy. The only downside is I can't use my perks credit towards the ticket purchase as it is only allowed on selected journeys (red star). There are no journeys available on the days I need to travel.

★★★★★ Regularly use the app to book my train tickets, and check my account.

★★☆☆☆ I travel for work and my diary changes constantly. Amending my tickets to a new date can be tricky to do and the £10 charge despite giving sometimes a week or mores notice can be very costly. With the cost of train tickets ever rising, this extra charge is really damaging to myself and other regular commuters. Unless there's a £10 charge on LNER per seat for every time LNER cancels or delays a train, this doesn't seem fair.

★★☆☆☆ "Something went wrong please try again later" when I try and buy tickets for several weeks now

★★☆☆☆ Awful app, awful service, awful trains. Enough said.

★★☆☆☆ Gave it another go today, no change, it's still broken. All other apps work fine. It's always the something has gone wrong, totally unusable, hope the trains are better Now I can't even add a payment card! Fill in the name and address form, and it just goes back to the add payment method list. 'Something has gone wrong, try later" useless when trying to buy a ticket!
