Good enough for a quick rough idea. Does not account for income tax impact, depreciation (land and building separately) and inflation tendencies. If you need to exit an investment/asset taken on laon, there is no way to calculate profit or loss. Some may find ads annoying but not that of a biggie for me.

NONE I HATE APPS that ask for a rating before you can even access them let alone evaluate. I understand the reasons why Feedback is extremely important to fix potential problems and, of course, possibly include new feature requested from users of the app in future updates whenever possible. My statement only pertain to "Not Allowing the app to work and actually throwing you out of the app and closing it. Then repeatedly performing the same process until the user gives a "five star" review.
