I am very unhappy with service received send boys to movies, on request the price was shown as R60 but eventually ended up being R93, and only gave them this cash. Tried complaining in support but no response up 2 today even complained about another ride where the driver drove right past me, coz driving in a speed, telling me he don't no the area. Terrible service. Every time when I request also no drivers available? ?? How? It's been 21 days later have still not response about this complaint.

This is now the 3rd time I have tried to make use of your service as I got that promo you guys issued each and every time one of these drivers accept the ride they then phone me and ask if I'm using cash or the free promo as soon as I say the promo they state they will not be picking me up and canceled my ride I have not been able to use the promo at all and it expires soon it is ridiculous that none of your drivers accept the promos you offer I have ever had this issue with Bolt
