This app is just the best in this category. I've been using it for 3 days and the UI is easy to go through, there's load of models with the ability of switching between them inside a conversation. There's no obvious pay wall or ads. There's a premium option that would probably boost the reply time. As they run offline, your phone's ram and performance will limit the highest models (S25 with 12 go, the limit of usage of the app is 6go. Beware There's a real battery usage though

Works on phone locally, running Gemma 4. Answers are sometimes cut off so more possibilities to configure reply length would be appreciated.

Model downloads don't resume when the connection drops partway through, making the app useless if you can't maintain a connection long enough. Have downloaded the first 3/4 of the same model 4 times now. Edit: after many attempts, I managed to get a small model to load to then be told it can't do Vision because my RAM is too small (8/12 GB depending on how it's measured). Maybe tell me that before I start the download? Also, the downloaded model just outright refused to load. Uninstalled.

I got the app because I have wanted to play some AI text adventures but most apps out there are account based services that keep your prompts even with account deletion. Your scenarios end up belonging to them. Local AI would fix that issue I think. I don't know if this had a model capable of such a game. I don't know because the AI download hub said no models available. I didn't even get to try to play such.
