The first mode blocks the chosen apps and allows the rest. The second mode allows the chosen apps and blocks the rest. The third and strictest mode only allows use of the lock-screen. You can still answer calls or call emergency numbers in this mode.
Website Blocking Modes There are two website blocking modes. The first mode blocks the chosen URLs or URL keywords and allows the rest. The second mode allows the chosen URLs or URL keywords and blocks the rest.
Usage Based Lockouts Usage based lockouts have rules that trigger automatic lockouts based on your device usage. You can set up usage rules based on time spent in chosen apps, total screen time, the number of times apps are opened, or the number of device unlocks. Usage rules are scheduled to be enforced at the chosen times.
Scheduled Lockouts Scheduled lockouts occur at the chosen times regardless of usage.
Lockout Options Each lockout has its own configurable options: • Unlock periodically with regular breaks (pomodoro) • Hide notifications from blocked apps • Turn on Do Not Disturb (DND) • Silence the ringer • Only lock at chosen physical locations • Allow a chosen payment to end the lockout early

Having lockouts limited to specific physical locations can improve focus while at school, the gym, or anywhere else apps can be a distraction. If you are looking for one app that solves your digital addiction or helps mindful usage of mobile. Then LMO is THE only solution. I've tried multiple apps, Only Lock me out gave me all the required features with strict control. I created a tough password — saved into a separate notepad — locked it using LMO — By this way, you can't bypass the locks!!! If you have a trusted partner, you can ask them to set a password. Then you can beat any type of addiction.

When I restart the phone then suddenly we can uninstall the app in Locked mode. App should avoid access to restart/power

I lost my password and requested for help from customer service but have been pointedly ignored for more than two weeks now. And this is not the first time this has happened. Mind you, I have not asked for help with password recovery in over a year. I understand that the app exists to keep people in check but to pointedly ignore the emails of a paying customer is totally unacceptable and disrespectful. I shall be cancelling my subscription after this.

A pathetic experience almost bricked my phone, so strictly I have to reset my phone manually just to get it back I will never use it, and it is not recommended to anyone.
