Great Padlock, but... The Padlock is secure and well built, but the app used to operate it comes with many flaws. It wouldn't work on my brother's HTC no matter how many times we tried. The Padlock is detected in his Bluetooth settings, but won't be recognized by the app. It's sad that such a solid gadget is backed up by a very buggy app.

My lock doesn't connect. I have a Samsu g s20 and even when I had my note 9 it read the same message. Padlock is not connected. Make sure lock is on and try again shorty. I've had this lock since November.

worked great for well over a year and now PLEASE.....fix this please you need a new update.....lock has a terrible time working with new android update. any galaxy 10 and even on galaxy 9 and note 9 having a ton of issues connecting to lock. it is unusable we have 3 locks in different locations, iPhones work fine but new androids not so much. fix and I can update review
