One of the best apps. Easy to find bicycle. Easy to ride. Bike is comfortable too. The only problem is that they do not have English version. We need English version too. I pay HKD100 a month and can ride for 2 hours a day.

Very convenient but I could not unlock bike with am Android 15 device (galaxy s25 one ui 7) with infinite loading. Old phones work fine

Easy to use, and the bikes are quite new. Only thing is the bikes are quite small in sizes and would be great if there are toddler seats at the back too.

Bike lock is unresponsive even after rebooting the app 5 times and being parked at the right spot. In the meantime I'm food for mosquitoes.

Absolutely useless app. Tried numerous time to unlock a bike after locking a broken bike. Couldn't ride a proper bike and still charged me

I bought a packet which is $20 for 5 riding and 30 minutes for every one ride. I rode the bike from po wan road near the traffic light where I registered a Loco bike account for the first time, to Ho Cheung road near Correctionl, and it's about 28 Minutes. I used the same length, road and time when I came back; I locked the bike before leaving at 4 pm. they say I rode 7 hours and ended at 23 pm. And gave 12 credit for that; Pay $48 extra. Are you robbing people? This is absolutely ridiculous.
