I love the convenience of paying my rent online. However, I find the cost of $7.00 to $8.00 to be outside my budget. I have to pay by check for now.

Terrible app, Does not work when I try to log in or switch to my new apartment. I get locked out and the app crashes online and in the app, completely useless. How am I supposed to use this for maintenance requests and paying my rent???

"Convenience" Fees Crazy work adding a ~3% convenience fee to rent payments just because you're using a debit card. They hide the ACH option to avoid this fee as something called "check" Utterly ridiculous to even try and charge that fee for debit to begin with. Save those fees for the few that need to pay with credit cards.

Terrible app. It is really slow and will crash if you minimize it. The upload a photo option for service requests does not work either.
