This is the worst apartment living app experience I've ever had. I can't even log in half the time I try to pay rent or submit service requests. Before acquiring more apartment living apps, please make yours work first. The previous apartment app at my complex actually worked. Update: They now force you to make scheduled payments to not get hit with pointless fees. It feels like they did this charge people extra who don't notice this BS. Absolute scum balls.

$4 of a convenience fee is obserd. My building was using Rent Café, and they only charged $0.80 for using a bank account. Such a rip-off
