Thank you LoJack for helping me when I was almost ready to give up and walk away from an $800 investment --my LoJack--that I absolutely needed (bcuz my last car was stolen) but couldn't get access to the product for a number of reasons. It never loads ....and when it does not update the tracking AT ALL

The app worked great at first. On occasion the app would not locate my vehicle. After I renewed my subscription in Sep 24, the app consistently would not locate my vehicle. Most current version is installed & restarted my phone. Told my device was old & to get a new one. Makes no sense because it worked fine before I renewed my subscription. The app worked sporadically (at best) for two months, then didn't work for another two. Then suddenly worked after two months for a week.
