In response to the reply from Miku: I can't send you the order number because after it wasn't delivered, after I attempted to communicate with the vendor, and after I made a complaint and asked for a refund .... the order disappeared from my account. I ordered a month ago, it was supposed to be same-day delivery, I still don't have it. Vendor is unresponsive, I have messaged at least 20 times. Order says not eligible for refund. Live chat doesn't work. Prior to this I have 3 completed orders.

I liked this app when I started to use it but the communication between flowers stores and costumers has become more and more slowly, resulting in not fulfilled orders.

I've had two experiencea where they mark as delivered and don't actually deliver. Horrible service and they don't respond to these failures to deliver. Quick to charge, not good customer service and don't respond to unsatisfied customers.
