Cannot apply automatically from anywhere I use Nova launcher and almost every icon pack works on my xperia z ultra. Why not this is working on my device. Not tried on other devices. I like this icon pack. How can you help me?

It's not working (oneplus one) I have cyanogenmod 12.1.1 installed with the CM themer and it still says it's not installed. I can't change the icons at all because of this.
