Though I cannot fully accept the explanation, but he was very polite & patient. 4 stars rating. 6 Aug 2025: Terrible app & customer service. I top up funds on same day whenever there's a trade. Yet the app auto redeems my Cash Plus to offset the debit balance. With > sufficient funds, why does the app redeems the Cash Plus? Worse, their online customer care simply copy & paste template responses w/o looking at the context of queries.

Horrible app. Not user-friendly, moo moo is better. Unethical promoter as well. Claims can withdraw money immediately but after has been 3 days and now withdrawal was rejected. Those yet to sign up my advice is to skip use other apps.

Since the last update, always have unstable network issue and fail to load even though I'm on max 5g signal or Wi-Fi. Loading other site/YouTube no issue at all so the problem definitely not on my end but long bridge always have networked loading issue when accessing portfolio/news page. Hope this can be fixed soon.

Onerous trying to fund using Wise. Corporate Action fee charged 1/3 of the dividend and cannot be found in More > Corporate Action > Dividend Selection ! U hv to find it looking at Fund Details in the portfolio section ! Premarket prices were hung sep21 1747hrs till 1900hrs !

Had a promotion that if I was referred, I would get a share and this app did not credit the share to my account. My friend has also similar cases where promotion rewards were promised and not given to us. Trust this app at your own risk. Fake promotions.
