What a scam. I joined for the welcome rewards, but since I travel often, my phone locale wasn’t set to Singapore—I ended up installing the Hong Kong app. I had no issue registering, depositing, or buying shares, but the rewards never showed. After switching to the Singapore app (only available with SG locale), I saw the rewards had expired. Support just said “too bad.” No help, no solution. Terrible user experience.

Beware the portfolio view of the app is misleading..., make sure you double-check the denominated currency of your portfolio, otherwise you will be misled by me thinking the broker has exchanged the fund to USD (but actually they didn't), and causing them to charge extra interest on you when you purchase any stock that is not denominated in your deposit currency

The app is not good, I even doubt is it really made by Alibaba team. The brokerage fee rebate only rebate 30% while the system shows rebate 100%. After questioning their customers service, they claim that is not their responsibility on it. Feel frustrated on it. Before you guys invest using this platform, make sure you guys ask clearly the tnc, they like to misleading investor.
