I know everyone is thinking you have to connect it to your Wi-Fi but it's not your router Wi-Fi that's needed. It's the phone device and the blackhead device, like connecting a speaker but as the Wi-Fi name. 1. When you open your Wi-Fi make sure your blackhead device is on! 2. once its on, click the Wi-Fi thing on the right bottom corner in the app. 3. your Wi-Fi will search for "look face" then press that one. 4. After you find the name for the device, open the app and itll be connected.
